A: Samples take 3–5 days; mass production about 2–3 weeks depending on quantity.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ — 1 pc for sample is available; bulk orders usually start from 100 pcs.
Q4. How do you ship the goods?
A: By DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, air, or sea. Delivery takes 3–7 days by air, 25–35 days by sea.
Q5. Can I print my logo or customize packaging?
A: Yes, OEM & ODM are supported. We confirm your design before production.
Q6. What warranty do you offer?
A: 1-year warranty for the whole unit, 3-year warranty for the heating element.
Q7. How to install the heater?
A: Mount the bracket, hang the heater, connect water pipes & power. Professional installation is recommended.

A: We are a professional manufacturer with 21+ years of experience in water heaters.
Q9. What certifications do you have?
A: CE, CB, RoHS available upon request; we can assist with local certification if needed.
